Nikki Ballinger is
vice president of human resources for Worthington Steel and brings with her more
than 25 years of experience in leadership, performance management, manager
development and compliance areas.
Prior to this role, Ballinger served as vice president, human
resources business partners & administration at Worthington Industries. She
started her tenure with Worthington Industries in the spring of 2012 and was
promoted to corporate director of human resources in the fall of the same year.
She then moved to director of human resources for the Steel Processing group in
February 2014 and moved to director of human resources for the
Cylinders business in June 2016.
Since joining, Ballinger has been driving human resources (HR)
initiatives to ensure organizational success and has applied her relationship
building skills to support the senior leadership teams. Her past achievements
and vast experience will ensure alignment of the HR strategy and position
Worthington Steel for future growth.
Ballinger resides in Saint Louisville, Ohio, with her husband, Mike, and enjoys spending time with her three children and eight grandchildren.
