Nancy G. Mistretta is a retired partner of Russell Reynolds Associates, an executive search firm, where she served as a partner from February 2005 until June 2009. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Mistretta was with JPMorgan Chase & Co. and its heritage institutions for 29 years, where she served as a Managing Director in Investment Banking from 1991 to 2005.

She was previously a member of the board of directors of The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, where she served on its Compensation Committee and was chair of its Audit Committee. Mistretta previously served on the board of directors of HSBC USA Inc., and HSBC Bank USA, N.A., where she was a member of its Audit Committee and Risk Committee and chaired its Nominating & Governance Committee. In addition, Mistretta was previously a member of the board of directors of GAM Holding AG in Zurich, Switzerland, where she chaired its Compensation Committee and served on its Governance and Nominating Committee.
